How can we help?

Write to support@kithly.io. A person reads every message, and we usually reply within two business days. Tell us which app, which device, and what you expected to happen.

Both apps

My data isn't showing up on my other device.

Both devices need to be signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on for the app (Settings → your name → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud). Open the app on each device and give it a minute; changes sync in the background.

Do I need an account?

No. There's nothing to sign up for. Your data lives on your devices and in your own iCloud.

How do I delete my data?

See Privacy → Deleting your data.

GoodPlanner

Do I need an Apple Pencil?

No. You can type on any line, and on iPhone and Mac typing is the default. With a Pencil, write on any empty line and it becomes a to-do.

How do I make a to-do repeat?

Open the to-do and choose Repeat. Pick a preset or Custom for patterns like every other Tuesday or the 1st and the 15th. You can also write it: "water plants every other Tuesday".

How do I add the widget?

Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, and choose GoodPlanner. Tap a circle in the widget to check a to-do off.

GoodFriends

I'm not getting reminders.

Check Settings → Notifications → GoodFriends and make sure notifications are allowed.

How do AI greetings work?

They're optional. Add your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key in the app's settings, then ask for a greeting. See Privacy for exactly what is sent.
